A master guitarist and graduate with honors from the Valencia Music Institute in Venezuela, Valen studied under Franco Nasic and was a disciple of guitarist and producer Rudy Pagliuca (guitarist for Malanga). For seven years, he was known as Baruck, serving as guitarist, co-producer, and composer of the album “Hasta adentro de tu corazón” (Deep Within Your Heart). With this album, he and his sister Nieves (singer) undertook numerous media tours and concerts in Venezuela and Spain. In 2013, he moved to Ireland, where he remained for seven years and performed extensively.

In 2019, he moved to Spain where he began delighting both Spanish and international audiences, performing as a guitarist under the name Valen Guitar. This project led him to become one of the leading show guitarists in Andalusia, presenting an original show that consisted not only of instrumental versions of hit songs from different genres such as Pop, House, Classic Rock, Funk, romantic ballads, and flamenco, but also showcased with a unique style never before seen in the country. He alternated between tropical and elegant outfits, as well as the striking costumes of a naval captain and a police officer, all adorned with electric guitars illuminated by LED lights, lasers, and pyrotechnics. These performances took parties and entertainment to the next level, presenting his show in the most prestigious hotels and nightclubs in Malaga and Marbella. Valen Guitar also performed flamenco-style shows in theaters and beach bars, captivating audiences with his guitar mastery, demonstrating his ability to master both electric guitar and the difficult and highly respected flamenco style.
